How to load a slip into FanDuel or BetMGM in one tap

Rebuilding a slip leg by leg in a sportsbook app is slow, and it's easy to grab the wrong line. Slip Surgery reads a screenshot and fills the bet slip in FanDuel or BetMGM for you, after checking each leg.
How to load a slip in one tap
- Screenshot or copy the slip. Take a screenshot of the slip you want to check, from any book, a friend's group chat or an X post. Or copy the legs as text.
- Open Slip Surgery. Go to slipsurgeon.com/slip on your phone. Tap Upload slip and pick the screenshot, or use Paste text. The image is read in your browser.
- Check the matched legs. Each leg shows the FanDuel and BetMGM line it matched. Fix anything flagged: a moved line, a player ruled out, or a market one book doesn't offer.
- Tap FanDuel or BetMGM. The FanDuel button opens FanDuel with the legs in your bet slip; the BetMGM button does the same in BetMGM. Pick your preferred book once and it's remembered.
- Confirm in the app. Log in if asked, check every leg and the final price in the book, enter your stake and place the bet yourself. Slip Surgery never places bets.
What happens to same-game legs
Legs from the same game load as a Same Game Parlay, and the book sets the final odds, which will differ from the multiplied price (see why). BetMGM only combines certain markets from one game; if a leg can't be combined there, Slip Surgery tells you before you tap.
When your exact line isn't offered
Screenshots from other books often have lines FanDuel or BetMGM don't post. Slip Surgery loads the closest main line and flags the difference, so you can decide whether the new number still fits your read.
Loading a shared slip from a link
Some links open Slip Surgery with the legs already filled in, like our nightly Pre-Op card on X @TheSlipSurgeon. The legs are re-checked against current lines when the page opens, so you see what changed since the card was made. You can swap or drop a leg before loading it.
Before you confirm
- You need to be 21+ and physically in a state where the book is legal.
- Prices move. The book's price at the moment you confirm is the one that counts.
- Check the stake and the legs one more time. Slip Surgery is not affiliated with FanDuel or BetMGM and never sees your account.

Can I share a bet slip from one sportsbook to another?
Not directly between books, but you can screenshot a slip from any book and load the same legs into FanDuel or BetMGM with Slip Surgery.
Does Slip Surgery place the bet for me?
No. It fills the bet slip in the book's app or site. You review the legs and price, enter the stake and place the bet yourself.
